The Mzimvubu estuary (31°38' S; 29°33' E) is situated near the coastal town of Port St Johns on the Transkei coast of the Eastern Cape . This system drains a catchment area of approximately 19 853 sq. km.  The Mzimvubu River has four main tributaries, the Tsitsa, Tina, Kinira and the Mzintlava Rivers , all of which arise in Drakensberg Mountains . (Ref  1)

The Mzimvubu River is the largest undeveloped river in South Africa. (Ref 1)
