TOPOGRAPHY

The Braamfontein Spruit meanders for 25 kilometres through the suburbs of Johannesburg. Along the route are some of the city's large green lungs - Emmarentia Dam and Delta Park. The river is bordered by green, open space all along its banks, until it merges with the Sandspruit at Sunninghill Park, to become the Jukskei River which eventually flows into the Limpopo.(www.jozi.org.za/nov_2002/nov29_waterpalace.stm)
