  EAST COAST RIVERS (Port Edward to Port Shepstone)
 
The narrow coastal plain between Port Edward and Port Shepstone is drained by numerous small rivers (length < 20 km). The largest river is the Mbizana with a catchment area of approximately  150 km2. 
 
 

Zolwane      
The length of the river is approximately 6.5 km. The catchment area is approximately 7 km2. (Ref. 2)      
Sandlundlu    
The length of the river is approximately 7.5 km. The catchment area is approximately 19 km2. (Ref. 2)    
Ku-Boboyi    
The length of the river is approximately 4 km. The catchment area is approximately 4 km2. (Ref. 2)    
Tongazi    
The length of the river is approximately 8.5 km. The catchment area is approximately 20 km2. (Ref. 2)      
Kandandlovu      
The length of the river is approximately 8 km. The catchment area is approximately 11 km2. (Ref. 2)    
Mpenjati    
The length of the river is approximately 18 km. The catchment area is approximately 78 km2. (Ref. 2)    
Umhlangankulu    
The length of the river is approximately 6.5 km. The catchment area is approximately 10 km2. (Ref. 2)    
Kaba      
The length of the river is approximately 9 km. The catchment area is approximately 12 km2. (Ref. 2)      
Mbizana    
The length of the river is approximately 26 km. The catchment area is approximately 150 km2. (Ref. 2)    
Bilanholo    
The length of the river is approximately 12 km. The catchment area is approximately 19 km2. (Ref. 2)    
Mvutshini    
The length of the river is approximately 6.5 km. The catchment area is approximately 6 km2. (Ref. 2)      
Uvuzana

Kongweni

Vungu

Zotsha

Boboyi    
The length of the river is  14 to 21 km. The catchment area is approximately 31 km2. (Ref. 2)      
Mbango
